Cardio & toning using water resistance that will give you a great workout with very little impact. You will have a lot of fun in the summer using our outdoor pool, and during the winter our pool is covered.

This class will keep your heart rate up by using different types of movements, weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls to work on all areas of your body. This class is designed for beginners to advanced clients who really want to burn the calories!

This class will test your endurance, strength, and stamina. Cardio Sculpt speaks for itself! You will see results in all areas of your body, and you will gain confidence in your ability to train at a high level! Cardio Sculpt uses weights, exercise balls, speed bikes, and high intense movements to really get the total body workout that you are looking for!

The ultimate fitness class to work every part of your body using weights, body weight, music, and high intense movements. This class is for all fitness levels. If you are just a beginner their are modifications which the instructor will encourage and if you are a top fitness person you will be pushed to your highest fitness level during every class. Every Body pump class is exactly the same for 3 months. After 3 months the instructors will learn new coreography to keep the class fun and upbeat. This class will turn your everyday workout to a fun, exciting, challenging, and motivational experience!
Zumba:
Inspired by latin dance moves you will moves those hips and shake your booty all while having a great time with awesome instructors! You will burn calories and have a great workout! This class is for beginners and advanced.
These classes are a creative variety of aerobic exercise to add diversity to your weekly workouts. The type of classes that will be offered each week will change. Any of the class descriptions listed may be taught.
